Clay Thomas Winnon

Clay Thomas Winnon is an associate attorney at Davidson Law Firm, where he focuses on general litigation, construction and real estate law, and family law, among other disciplines. He represents individuals and businesses throughout Arkansas with a practical, detail-oriented approach tailored to each client's circumstances and goals.

Originally from northeast Louisiana, Clay earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Louisiana Tech University in 2018, graduating magna cum laude. He later moved to Arkansas and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2023 and was admitted to the Arkansas Bar that same year.

Before joining Davidson Law Firm, Clay practiced at James Law Firm from October 2023 through July 2026. During that time, he handled a wide range of felony and misdemeanor criminal matters, gaining valuable courtroom and litigation experience. His scientific education and diverse legal background inform an analytical, disciplined approach to problem-solving and client advocacy.

Outside the office, Clay enjoys playing golf, watching films, spending time with his family, and following professional and collegiate basketball, baseball, and football. He is engaged and looks forward to marrying his fiancée on December 31, 2026.
