Helping Arkansas Families Plan, Protect, and Move Forward

Kacey Ziegler brings knowledge, compassion, and steady guidance to clients facing some of life’s most important decisions. Whether helping a family prepare an estate plan, navigate probate after the loss of a loved one, address guardianship concerns, or plan for long-term care, Kacey understands that these conversations require both legal skill and genuine empathy.
Kacey joins Davidson Law Firm with more than a decade of experience in estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, powers of attorney, incapacity planning, adult guardianship, asset protection, and Medicaid qualification for long-term care. Her practice is built around helping clients make informed decisions, protect what they have worked for, and provide clarity for the people they love.
Her interest in real estate and heirship law began early in her career while working in residential closings at Lenders Title Company. While working full time and raising two young children, Kacey attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. During her final year of law school, she assisted Justice Annabelle Imber Clinton Tuck at the Arkansas Supreme Court.
Kacey built and grew her law practice in her hometown of Maumelle, Arkansas, where she served individuals and families throughout Central Arkansas. Her background gives her a practical, client-focused approach to legal planning, especially when families are making decisions during difficult or emotional seasons.
Outside of her practice, Kacey enjoys spending time with her family. Her two children, Andrew and Gracyn, are now grown, but they still give her plenty to brag about. Andrew designed an app featuring King of the Hill memes, and Gracyn was once a “friend of” Mickey, Minnie, Piglet, Donald, and Stitch at Walt Disney World. Kacey is also proud dog mom to Berkeley, an Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix — and yes, she has pictures.
